You know how after track and field practise there are some girls who look in the mirror and say, “oh my gosh, i look so terrible.” Yeah, Im not like that. I love the way I look after practise.

So my lead leg is my right and my trail is my left, every time I try to 3 step it's my left that would need to become my lead to 3 step, but I've tried to hurdle with my left being my lead but my right leg just dosent work as a trail :( anything I can do to fix this so I can start 3 stepping?:/
Ok you have something completely wrong here, you should always jump with the leg that “works better” so your lead leg, there is nothing to fix!!! All you need to do is switch the legs in the block! So put the other leg forward out of the blocks and - SUPRISE - you will be jumping with a right lead leg all the time!
